Has anyone had an issue with a new setup on HRMS where Pennsylvania local taxes are not pulling through to the W-2? I have tried support and they could not figure it out. Any idea or tips would be appreciated.

How to upload 2018 W-2's into ESS so employee's can get to them. Is this possible?
