Will Timeslips 2015 convert data and billing templates from Timeslips 2006 version?

What is the most current version of Timeslips that I can upgrade to from Timeslips 2006?

Need to transfer data from an old slip DB to the 2015 version. The old version stopped working because of a MS security update, but the files should be good. Any suggestions on converting the old data would be helpful. Thanks
