Sage Timeslips

I turned my timeslips 2017 and the main.db was missing. i now can't find it to access my data. can someone please call me at 310-556-1001 or refer me to someone who can find it? I found my tseg.fdb file but that is it.

I am trying to add a client to Timeslips that was an inactive client in Quickbooks. Previously, I could make the client active in QB and then add them from Unassigned QB customers to TS by adding them in the linked TS Clients and QB customers portal.…
