How do you set up alternate bids in Sage Estimating

We have a lot of old files in our system within folders titled PEBackup. I am trying to figure out which files I absolutely have to migrate to the new SQL version from the pervasive version.

Does anyone have any resources on migrating License Manager from one server to another? We are using Estimating - Standard Edition 9.8 (9.8.0 Rev3) Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
