  • T4 Box 24 & 26 printing maximum pensionable earning instead of actual income

    All of the T4's printed have the maximum pensionable earning for the year on box 24 & 26 eventhough the income for the employee is lower. Is this correct? IE: box 14 = $49,813, box 24= 48,600 & box 26 = $52,500 the BC maximum amounts for 2014. Thanks…
  • Add employee YTD info AFTER setup activation

    Two employees were overlooked when a new company file was created and activated. Anyone know how to add their YTD details after the fact? Current pays will be OK, but eventually maximum limits will want to kick in, and I'll need to file ROE and T4s
  • 1st cheque has YTD totals already

    I don't know what I did, or how I did it, but my first paycheque had YTD totals. I didn't catch it until a few days later and will be a big issue. How do I correct this??
