Will updating Sage Pro Accounting from version 2023.2 to 2024 allow me to still open company files where they are sending me backups which was made in the 2023.2 version? I am hesitant due to previous experience as if I save the file and send it back…

I get a message. you cannot open this company. it was created in a newer version or is incompatible with your sage 50 solution. what dose that mean?

Does anyone have a secure copy of update 2015.3 kicking around so I can update from Simply 2012 to Sage 50 2019?
