As of December 2018, we have automated the renewal code registration process. Your renewal code will automatically be updated into your software within 5 working days of payment receipt. Kindly do not contact our call centre for registration prior to the conclusion of this 5-day turnaround time. If registration is not automatically concluded in this time, we will correspond directly with you.
