Intelligence Reporting

Good day

One of my clients have an issue when they load into their company profile and head over to intelligence reporting that it gives them a no reports and when you try to launch a report it gives a unknown error. What could be the cause if this  - talking about under heading : VIEW -> Intelligence Reporting ->No Reports or VIEW ->intelligence Reporting -> Launch (any of the 3 options there gives me an error)

    Hi Evert

    Please uninstall and reinstall Pervasive. You need to also uninstall and reinstall Sage Intelligence. 

    Before reinstalling Sage Intelligence, please ensure that you rename the folder SageIntelligence located under C:\Pastel14\Custom to SageIntelligenceOLD. If the folder does not exists, you can skip this step. (If you use different version of Pastel then go under the applicable folder e.g. Pastel17, Pastel18 or Pastel9.

    You also need to rename the BIComponents located under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files to BIComponentsOLD. Please note that the path will be C:\Program Files\Common Files on Windows 32-Bit operating systems.

    Thank you for the response, I have fixed the issue with her Inteligence, the issue was due to running a second version of pervasive that was running for payroll,
