[X3-Online-help] Question about the new online help

Question

When I press this: 
 
 I get greeted with this page: online-help.sagex3.com/.../Home.htm 
 
 When I tried to use the old link, I get: https://online-help.sagex3.com/erp/12/

I remember on old link, there are videos that taught the basics of using the Sage X3: online-help.sageerpx3.com/.../ (wayback machine equivalent: https://web.archive.org/web/20220425133756/https://online-help.sageerpx3.com/erp/12/tutorials/ ) 
 In this new link, where can I find the videos? 
 Am I suppose to enroll to Sage University to understand it now or refer to Sage partner for instructions on how to use other than reading and testing what is provided?

Hello CHUNHENG, The new online help has a new look and feel but the information is there. For example in the current online help center "https://online-help.sageerpx3.com/erp/12/" you have the tabs on the top and in the new Sage X3 help center "https://online-help.sagex3.com/erp/12/en-us/Content/Home.htm" same information is listed under but it has different tiles. Foe example, if you want to look at a video for Mobile automation Distribution How to guide, 
 1. Select "Functional how to guides" 
 2. "Distribution" 
 3. "Mobile automation (ADC) for distribution" 
 Or you can use the search bar to search a topic. 
 You can still use the current online help center.

Hi chunheng New official link for V12 is https://online-help.sagex3.com/erp/12/en-us/Content/Home.htm 
 There might some hiccups for a few weeks as the content is migrated progressively. The former link will stay for old versions, but it will be redirected for V12

Hi chunheng Absolutely. In the future, all the fields will be available in the function help and accessible directly via anchors instead of having 100 000s of small .html files.

I think the old help is back? Same lady as before on the front page.

Yes, due to the number of requests and in order to limit disruption, we're republished the old online help. However, it will only contain information prior to 2024R1. We'll leave it for a few months while we enhance the current one.
