Are you not doing your Receipt of Goods into the warehouse where the goods are located?  If they were received into a wrong or different warehouse, an Inventory Transaction can be done to Transfer from one warehouse to another warehouse.  

No, I did the ROG to the ITR warehouse.  I've tried changing the warehouse while doing a ROG and was told it did not change the warehouse location.

Once the transfer is made will these invoices fall off the purchasing clearing report or will I need to correct with a JE?

Changing warehouse on the header tab of a receipt doesn't necessarily change where the inventory goes.  The line warehouse value is what really matters.

The item highlighted was not received.  You will need to do a PO Receipt of Goods for that item to get your three point matching.  

Indeed.  It looks like a Receipt of Invoice was done, but no Receipt of Goods.

I guess I'm a bit confused since I used the ROG module and not the ROI.  I can do it again but don't know how to this w/o referencing the invoice - would I leave that section blank to avoid duplicating charges?

RoG, leaving the Invoice # field blank on that receipt, will process the quantity received, without affecting the quantity invoiced.  Try it in a test company if you are unsure.

Look at Receipt history for that PO, and you should be able to clearly see the transactions.

If you have received items, but not processed a RoG to receive them into Sage 100, you can enter all the details in one RoG.  There is no need to mirror invoices, unless you want the RoG lines to be dated differently.
