Using MAS90 EES Ver 4.30.0.14

I have set up a item as a kit in inventory maintenance and selected 'Always' for Explode Kit on tab 2 (options).  I assigned 2 component items to this kit and selected print detail in Sales Kit Maintenance.

When I enter the item code for the kit in Sales Order Entry the components don't explode nor is there a prompt.  I don't get any components printed out on Sales Orders or Picking Sheets.

Am I missing something on setting this up?

All of our inventory items valuation are standard cost.  Kit item valuations can only be average, FIFO, LIFO (currently, release 4.40 will allow kits to be standard cost).  I selected average, which shouldn't matter since inventory will be pulled from the component items.
