As far as I can tell, Sage doesn't keep track of that internally, in a field that you can access from a report.  Paystub hours show on some reports.

As a kludge, you could use one of the 'Additional Info' fields, and manually add update it each year.  It wouldn't be less work than keeping track in a spreadsheet, but it would be inside Sage 50.
