Audit House Dissapear LEDES

Hello, 

We just updated to the 2019 version. We had an audit house created for one of our biggest clients and it has now disappeared with the upgrade. 

We need to meed an extremely important deadline and I am hoping to get some answer or help here. I went to set up and I don't even have the audit house option there. We had installed the LEDES addon in our previous TS version but I don't think our IT set it up with the new one. Can I purchase online and do the process myself? Any help, please?

    This should not be hard to fix.  If you previously had the Electronic Billing addon, then you likely do not need to purchase it again.  You just need to get your old purchase added onto your 2019. 

    What version did you upgrade from?

    Do you still have your installation codes for the addon?  I would first try re-adding that code onto your v2019. That should turn on the features again and you should see your previous information.
