You dont really setup link to outlook to Email bills. You setup email bills. You need a 32 bit version of outlook installed. In setup you need to setup your email templates. Then for each matter you need an email address and on the invoice tab (?) you need to check email bill and make an email template is assigned. Next when you generate bills Check in the options to make sure bills will be emailed. After you print and approve bills you should get an option to email bills. Make sure the ones that should be emailed are checked and send. Note that if you have more than one email account in outlook you should setup a profile with only one account and open outlook with that profile before you email bills.
