Hi Ana, are you in the US or Canada?  If you click on the '?' icon in the top right on your screen, you will be directed to the Customer Community Derek directed you to, provided you are in the US.  There are knowledge articles as well the ability to create a case, contact support etc.  You can also see what new features have been released by clicking on 'What's New' in the box to the left: https://customers.sage.com/s/article/sageone-accounting-whats-new-2018?language=en_US  You do have to be signed in to create a case and chat with support however.  

If you are in Canada, you can still click on the help icon and you'll be directed to My Sage One help but it just won't be the Customer Community as seen in the link provided above. Our team is diligently working to add the Customer Community for Sage Accounting in Canada similar to the US in an effort to provide a seamless and integrated help experience when you need it. This integration won't be completed for a few more months but if you need training or any additional help please feel to reach out to me. I'd be happy to set that up.
