Hi can someone tell me please where I find information and help articles for the Sage One for Accounting students on here? There is also not a choice for help in the box of choices below.
Are you located in the US or Canada? Please note that the Sage One (now called Sage Accounting) community is located here:
Thank you Derik. Can you tell me how did you get there please? Do I have to leave the software to find that help? I also didn't see a reply button to reply to you from my original post, I only see a like button and report button. Sorry if I'm starting a new post.
You replied in the correct location. That is a direct link I provided above to the Sage Customer Community (not Sage City) where the product documentation and discussion for that product are currently located. Sage One is now called Sage Accounting. I am not sure if there is in-product help for that product but you can ask that question in the Sage Customer Community.
Hi Ana, are you in the US or Canada? If you click on the '?' icon in the top right on your screen, you will be directed to the Customer Community Derek directed you to, provided you are in the US. There are knowledge articles as well the ability to create a case, contact support etc. You can also see what new features have been released by clicking on 'What's New' in the box to the left: https://customers.sage.com/s/article/sageone-accounting-whats-new-2018?language=en_US You do have to be signed in to create a case and chat with support however.
If you are in Canada, you can still click on the help icon and you'll be directed to My Sage One help but it just won't be the Customer Community as seen in the link provided above. Our team is diligently working to add the Customer Community for Sage Accounting in Canada similar to the US in an effort to provide a seamless and integrated help experience when you need it. This integration won't be completed for a few more months but if you need training or any additional help please feel to reach out to me. I'd be happy to set that up.
Yes, thank you Derik and Kim, this was very helpful!
