WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET A RESPONSE FROM SAGE? WHAT KIND OF COMPANY HAVE EMPLOYEES WHO SIMPLY HANGS UP ON CUSTOMERS, PUT YOUR BACK IN THE SYSTEM AFTER HOLDING FOR AN HOUR THEN HANGS UP. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY HAS CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR TWO DAYS TO REGISTER THEIR PRODUCT. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY CONSTANTLY GIVES YOU ERROR MESSAGES WHEN YOU TRY TO REGISTER FOR TWO DAYS ASKING YOU TO RETURN LATER.  SAGE IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH AND I AM SHOCKED AT THEIR TOTALLY LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR TOTAL DISREGARD FOR PEOPLE.

    You wont get an answer. I called the 866 number, did live chat and they both said they do not support the student version, they suggested I contact my instructor for my problem even though it's a tech support issue!

    Hello , what sort of issue are you having? With the Sage 50 US edition Student version as per KB10217:

    • Students may receive support for installation issues only (at 1-866-747-3888). Complimentary technical support is not included with the Sage 50 student version. 

    Have you already viewed our Sage City Students Area?

    For Sage 50 U.S. Edition Student Version Registration

    • Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2013, 2015, 2016 or 2017 Student Version: Please visit http://na.sage.com/us/about-us/education
      • Choose the option Learn More under Students
      • Select Register Now, complete the form.
      • After the product is registered, a serial number will be sent to the email given. Please keep note of this as it will be needed during install
      • Click the link for the desired version of the software to install.
