I understand that your Student version has expired before the 14 months have lapsed. The reason for this is Sage 50 Canadian is detecting a previous install of Sage 50 Canadian on your computer. Please follow the steps below to correct the issue:

1. Uninstall Sage 50 Canadian Student Version

2. Go to http://simplydownload.accpac.com/downloads/SimplyAccounting/students/StudentVerCleanUp.zip

3. Run the "Student Version Utility"

4. Re-install Sage 50 Canadian and Activate the program

Once you have completed those steps, your program should be up and running for you.

Will I be able to redownload the free student version after doing the cleanup?

I downloaded the student version 2 days ago and today it tells me it is expired :(
