W2s show previous addresses

We ran W2s this week, and found that if users had changed their home address in ESS, this change was not reflected on the W2s. It is reflected in HRMS, at least from what I can see. I'm curious to know if anyone has dealt with this. We're on HRMS 2017 with the Q4-2018 patch.

Hi James,

Is the address updated in the employee payroll record? It sounds like the Open Payroll process needs to be ran to update the payroll records.
