How can the three buttons in the top button row V12 UI be customized.  For example, in the Sales Order screen, buttons available on top (out of the box) are Allocation, Preparation and Delivery.  We don't do any of that and would like those to be  Invoice, Proforma and Close.  Invoice, Proforma and Close are available as actions under the Three dots, but it would be faster to have them as buttons.

The HTG on Development methodology with responsive design mentions the following on Page 8:

The first three Buttons declared in the list in the Window dictionary display at the top of the page;  the other are accessed in the Action panel.

Menus declared in the list in the Window dictionary are in the Action panel that opens when you click the Three-button icon at the top, right.

I looked in the Window dictionary under Development/Script Dictionary/Windows for Sales Order and there are no Buttons or Menus defined.  Am I looking in the right place?  Any help is appreciated.
