We have "Default Destinations" set up in Sage for certain individuals, but it doesn't seem to be working. I have selected a printer for a couple people in our shipping department under Default Destinations > Normal, but it doesn't seem to do anything at all, the individuals still get defaulted to a random printer.

Is this a known issue, or is there something else we must do to activate the Default Destinations? I ask this because in the past, LDAP sync would wipe out ALL default printers; this has since been fixed.
