Badges not being released after PO approval via email

The problem relates to licenses not being released when a Purchase Order / Purchase Requisition approval is being completed via the link within an email.

The license associated with the approval process is not being release timeously which is causing a major problem for customers as they need to potentially procure additional licenses to cope with these badges not being released. The timeout setting is 20 minutes, however, many users may need to perform approvals during that time, which means that additional badges are being consumed before the time-out can kick in. It has been mentioned by Dominique that this is correct, and that users should have to log off once they have approved a PO as this is part of tracing the sign-off on POs. However, there is no sign-out button presented to users on the screen they are presented once they have approved via an email link, and therefore cannot log off. Additionally, it has been commented that users should then open a new tab which will then allow them to complete a logout from the system. This is not a solution, as most PO approves are management who does not use Sage EM on a daily basis and will therefore not be interested in opening another tab just to log off from something which should be a simple approval process.

Can this process be enhanced so we can offer a workable solution to customers, instead of asking them to work around our cumbersome processes?
