We have a PR and PO for a service that spans over 15 years. There is an annual budget amount and there is a control on the PR/PO which blocks users when they exceed the annual budget amount.
What would be the solution in order to only load one PR/PO and not be blocked on the annual amount. The 1st line of the PO would be for year1 (blocking them if the year 1 annual amount is reached). The 2nd line of the PO would be for year2 (blocking them if the year2 annual amount is reached). On this 1 PO the users would want to see their accurate annual budget vs actual.
Any alternative solution would be welcome.
