Sage CRM Outlook Integration Not Recognizing Company Name When Creating Contact [Outlook to CRM]

I am adding my Outlook contacts to CRM and most have a company name in them obviously so I know where they work. The company name in the contact always matches the actual company name in Sage100 and CRM so in theory it should work. The way they tell you it should be is exactly how I have it, but it doesn't work that way. When I hit the Outlook button to push the contact to CRM is pulls up the "Create a New Company" page, presumably because it is unable to match the company name, but it does match I can see that much. I tried to change the Outlook contact to the actual Sage 100 company code, but all that did was create a new company again even though it matched the code.

If I delete the company it does exactly what I want it to do by creating a new contact and giving me a choice to pick a CRM company to tie it to, but I don't want to have to delete all the companies every time I need to import, is there a different or better way?
