Sage Estimating SQL 18.12 - Fill down causing blank lines to be added to notes field - reports grow unreasonably long

Sage Estimating SQL 18.12  -

When working in the phase/item tab,
- entering a subcontractor name and preforming a "fill down", the notes column is getting two blank line feed breaks are appended to it each time a fill down is performed.

This causes major readability issues when reports are ran because the blank lines expand the row height.  To fix the issue, each notes box must be opened and the line breaks removed. (I may write a SQL script to address the issue and dirty edit the database given the labor required to do this.)

Anyone have a workaround or a solution? This issue was not happening in 17.13.

Thank you.

So as I look at the database, i'm seeing that it is adding extra "\par" to the notes field during fill down.

All the extra \par's are generated by doing the fill down. clearly this is a bug.
