We have experienced this before but it quit before figuring it out but now it is back....Estimating is slow to open application and then when trying to open an estimate, it goes to not responding and then will eventually open.  Can not find anything that has changed since yesterday.  Just curious if anyone else has had this problem.  

Weird thing is if you start as domain admin....no problem.  Any suggestions?
