vtjlg - SQL - This may be too late, but if I understand correctly your question, what you can use is BOM (Bill of Materials) and Link the same items/parts to each other. With all your 'same' items linked to one another, updating any item will update all those linked items simultaneously. Now, when you are working in the Estimate Spreadsheet, if you update an item you will be asked if you want to update 'Linked' items. YES will update all of the Linked items on the spreadsheet. The app also offers a two-way path to update the Spreadsheet from the Database or the Database from the Estimate - in the Takeoff Tab>Pricing>From Database>Reprice from Database or in the Data Tab>Updates>From Estimate>Update Database from current estimate. In Pervasive these two options are together in the Pricing drop down menu.
