How do you Display group and phase totals without collapsing the estimate?

    This question is old, but maybe you're still looking for the answer. Here it is:

    If you're on Pervasive SQL (PSQL): Click Edit>Options and then check mark the 2nd, 3rd and 4th boxes on the left (display overline totals).

    If you're on Microsoft SQL (MSQL): Click on the top left corner icon (it's to the left of the HOME group and depending on the version you're running it might be called "File") this will open a window with "Options" listed near the bottom of features. Click on Options and then click on Spreadsheet on the left side. Now check mark the same boxes as listed above for PSQL.
