I am running Estimating Extended 13.1 rev 7 on a new desktop computer with windows 10 and my digitizer is intermittent and will not work correctly.  While doing a count function, 1st click nothing, 2nd - nothing, 3rd yes, 4th yes, 5th nothing, 6th yes, 7 yes, 8 nothing etc....I am coming from Windows 7 using version 9.8 rev 3 with no issues on digitizer.  I am having intermittent issues with all functions.  GTCO has worked with me to confirm my digitizer board works perfectly on their test page and works perfectly when testing on Paint 3D.  Only intermittent issue is in Timberline.  Please help if anyone knows how to fix this issue.
