You can import billings into Accounts Receivable as long as it is in the correct format.

Navigate to AR > Tools > Import Invoices.  Click [Print Template...] and then [Start] or [Print Preview].

Review the import layout.  Your import file must conform to this template in a comma-delimited text file (CSV/TXT).

Once in the correct format, you can use the Import Invoices tool to import the records into AR, and then post them from there.  The procedure for importing can be found in the AR help menu.  Under the Contents tab, open the "Import Invoices" topic and read through those items.
