Cash Management - Setup - Bank Accounts
You will have to set it up in General Ledger as well.
There is a good article in knowledgebase, just search "How do I set up a new bank account in Cash Management?"

hello there, I have followed the set up in the Cash Management for new bank account ID - where do i edit the check account number - i only see a field for the ARN/routing #

The account number goes on the contact tab in the same place you set up the bank account. It's the tab right next to the general tab, in the lower left hand corner.
thanks Balcoda, my desktop font settings was the issue - i had to down scale my desktop display size of text to enable to see the account field - it seems the font size change issue option has been recorded in theSage Idea portal
