Assigning Foreman to Job at Job Set Up

I am trying to assign my foreman in the job set up so when we print reports like Job Overview, the foreman name is listed. I have added our foreman under the Site/Contacts tab in the job set up, but the only role I can select is "Other" and then I enter the Foreman name under Title. This does not push this contact into our reports. Is there an easy way to assign the foreman to the job?

Hi WSullivan,

The Job Overview report provided by Sage in Project Management lists these contacts:

Owner

Architect

Project Manager

Superintendent

On your Job Site / Contacts tab, you will see roles the correspond to these as well as other roles. As this list is customizable, you could add an option for "Foreman" and then have your report customized to pull the Foreman from the Site / Contracts tab of the job on to the report.
