My Assistant - Direct Deposit Paystub YTD

We are attempting to roll out MyAssistant to email the Direct Deposit notifications. We are finding we have to use a Crystal Report for My Assistant to generate the notifciation. However, the "sample report" we have does not have YTD totals for pay. Anyone else have this issue? Would you be willing to share your Crystal Report?
