pVault and Sage 300 issues

Is anyone else experiencing issues running pVault and Sage 300? We recently upgraded to Sage 300 version 18 and have run into issues with pVault including our payroll master files being locked, pVault not responding and kicking users out, and minutes of lag time trying to index documents in pVault. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Thanks Terry. We have already installed the hotfix but continue to have issues. More importantly, our pVault software has virtually stopped working. We cannot route or approve invoices. I'm wondering if anyone else that is running the two software programs is having the same issue as we are.
