Project Management AB Com Error PJ0605

I am trying to launch the Project Management module from the Desktop version of Sage 300 CRE and am getting the below error. I've searched the KB and found an article, and after attempting the suggested fixes(there was no registry files for timberline & uninstalled all correlating software and reinstalled), it will still not work. The computer is connected to the network and is able to reach our server, and there are no issues with the server.
