Are you referring to calling the 800 number and choosing support?  You may get slated for a callback rather than get through, but they'll call back.  Just don't miss the call.  You can also open a support case online. (800) 854-3415

That account # looks like Sage 100 contractor not Sage 100 (ERP), that is a different product and different forums in Sage City. 

Sage 100 Contractor initial contact for support is via chat not inbound calls or outbound calls.
