Progress Billing Retention not showing on Page 1.

A customer going live using progress billings has just posted their historical billing.  When we looked at report #41 using the standard system report.form the retention isn't showing on page 1 where its supposed to be.  I've reviewed the release notes for 21.352 & 21.353 and don't see this issue listed. They are currently on 21.339

Anyone else seen this?  Do I just have to fix the form myself?

    In the Setup in 3-7 for the progress billing, make sure they have a Primary Rate for Retention.

    Yes, Greig the primary rate is entered, and the total retention amount is displayed both in the grid and at the bottom of the record.  The standard system report form uses the total retention field (it is not a calculated field).  So it should be displayed correctly on the first page of the report form for total retention.  It worked before, this is a new customer and we have not made any changes to the report or the form yet.  So I think it is a problem with one of the updates, and perhaps has just not been reported yet.

    We just checked and the retention portion will not display on the closed record, but when we previewed the invoice form on the current PB record that is in an open status, the retention portion is now included on the report form.  Please report this to programming.
