Unfortunately that message cannot be changed as it is hard-coded in the software.

I know of know plans to change this, but you can request the feature by going to the Home & Resources tab in the software and selecting Submit Product Idea. We've have already implemented or are working on over 200 customer requests so far. As for the whitelist question, the software doesn't have a whitelist function built in.
