Sage 100 Contractor nightly back up has failed every night since we did our archive of prior year general ledger. How do find out what the problem is so that we can get the backups performing successfully again?
Sage 100 does not have a backup feature so you must be using a third party product which you have not mentioned. No one can assist until we know what you are using.

Well I would but this Sage City is not that easy to understand.
I started with Sage 100 Construction and Real Esate and when you click "New" is gives you options to Open a Discussion under....there is a Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate and a Sage 100 General Discussion...no option for Sage 100 Construction and Real Estate ???

On the server, in the Nightly backup folder, there is a text file called SADMB_LastResultsLog.txt. If you open that file, there should be an error message for the database backup that is failing. What is that error?
