There is a Data Import tool although i haven't been able to get this last updated version to work.  Here's the KB article number for it and it includes the download.  ID:84766

Also, I was just able to fix my error by downloading the following file from Microsoft:

For the best outcome and success, Sage recommends that you work with a Sage certified consultant for assistance with importing data into Sage 100 Contractor. Our certified consultants have access to the approved tools for importing data and have the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform the import.

Thanks to all. We are a long time solution provider, I was looking to see if there are other tools out there in the Sage ecosystem beyond the ones we have been using.

You can check out a company called Skibo Corp.  They are a company that interfaces between ADP & Sage 100 Contractor. 

Are they a Certified Sage Developer?  You have to be in order to interface with our product.  The original post didn't mention it was for payroll.  So again I will refer them to Wright Office.  Wright Office Solutions is a long-time certified consultant who is very proficient in importing data and they have a direct interface with ADP and Paychex for payroll processing without having to enter timecards in both systems.  Please contact them directly at (517) 580-3717
