Looking for 3 fields on Sage 100 Contractor Service Receivables screens that are listed in the S/R database

I'm trying to rearrange and sort the Unassigned Orders on the 11-3 Dispatch Board in the Service Receivables module of Sage 100 Contractor 2018. I see fields listed in the Work Order Display tab that I don't recognize: Customer PO, Service Area, Location Notes, Client Location. Can someone help me locate where do those fields actually exist within the Service Receivables module to populate and use?

    Customer PO may also be called Client PO# and is found on the 11-2 Work Order screen on the Billing tab, middle column of fields under Source.

    Service Area is in 11-2 Work Orders, on the Location tab. You set up your own list of Service Areas if you want to use them - click the View/Add records button to the right of the Service Area box.

    Location Notes are on the location. Set up the Location and enter the note in the Location setup window. In 11-2 Work Orders, on the Location tab, click the View/Add button to the right of the Location box. Enter the locations for this service client. The Location Notes on the far right of the Client Locations window. You can also access this from the AR Client record, there is a Locations button. (This should answer the Client Location field question too.)
