Issues inserting certain form fields on my AP Invoice TemplateI

Good day.

I am customizing my AP outgoing invoice template and I am having issues inserting certain form fields.  As we are a construction company, we must provide certain details on our invoice such as "costs completed to date" or "changes to date" etc. (data from the progress billing entry page).   However when I add the form fields and print preview the invoice, the form field does not pull up the “dollar value” but rather the syntax code of the filed i.e “aialin.chgamt”

 

Can anyone assist me on why it wont pull up the correct data from choosing certain form fields. In my case (3/3-7/Progress billing Lines)
