Can anyone tell me about their experience working with Syscon or About Time as an alternative to Sage Service Operations as their mobile resource management tool?
We have reached an impasse with SSO in terms of collecting time on equipment and field user-friendliness, where they don't seem able to accommodate our needs and so we are researching other possible solutions. I would love some feedback from the community if anyone else has experience working with these providers!
For some context, we are actually a service company, and our central needs from our mobile resource mgmt tool are: Dispatch / Scheduling; Personnel & Equipment time collection and synchronization with 5-5-1 or other Payroll import function; generation of mobile customer "work tickets" / signature collection.
