Upgrade Sage 100 Contractor 2014 to utilize 2018 Tax Tables

SUGGESTED

Hello I'm Kevin M from Arizona. I'm new to Sage City and this forum and have a specific question about Sage 100 Contractor. We're running Sage 100 Contractor 2014-U.S. Edition (19.8.13.0). I'm trying to figure out what I need to upgrade to in order to get the 2018 Tax Tables. Can someone help me out with that info, or direct me to the proper place within Sage City to get that answer? I appreciate your assistance!

    Hi Kevin,

Could you email me ([email protected]) your customer name and number, we need to find who your primary contact is on your account --and change if needed.  We've been sending notices out for over a year on Upgrading from v19 to v20. We need to make sure they are going to correct person for distribution.

Our latest version is 20.7 for year end.   You can use these two checklists to complete the upgrade and migrate your data.

    1.  Sage 100 Contractor Quick Start Checklist

    2.  Sage 100 Contractor "Going Live" Checklist

Here is the latest Release Notes for v20.7:

Sage 100 Contractor Release Notes  On page 7 - Read the section:  Upgrading from version 19.8?

You may want to contact your consultant to help upgrade the program and migrate your data.   It takes a little bit more time than the normal Sage 100 Contractor upgrade since we moved it to the SQL database structure.  Though we included a tool to migrate your data--you will need to verify the migration before going live.

I highly recommend you contact your consultant or customer support to help you with the process since time seems to be of essence.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Thank you,
    Denise Johnson
