Order Entry Rebuild Log Error: Invalid Ship to Address Link

SOLVED

During our month end module closing we are receiving an "Invalid Ship to Address Link" error (from the OEREBLD.LOG); however, at the bottom of the log it does say "Rebuild Complete". Can someone walk me through what may have triggered this? We recently upgraded from Sage BusinessWorks 2018 to 2019 and haven't seen this error before.

    It appears you may have lost some links relating to your Shipped To addresses. In Knowledge Base article #17418: "How and when to rebuild Sage BusinessWorks company data files (17418)" there are some instructions on common errors you may receive during the rebuild, but I did not see the one you mentioned. I feel your issue is beyond the scope of the Sage City forums. I would suggest working with our support team by calling 800-447-5700 to get some more information regarding the issues you are experiencing.

    Thank you Coleen, I was scheduled a callback by Janice; and she confirmed that there is nothing to worry about for this specific issue (especially with the "Rebuild Complete" confirmation).
