Report for check signers

I am looking for a report that I can provide to check signers that will show the detail of invoices posted.  The purpose of this is for them to verify the AP transactions entered and are ready for payment.  This report will be used as basis for them to approve that checks can be printed and check signer's signature can be stamped on the checks printed.  Or is there an electronic signature available in Sage.  We have an issue of check signers not available or travelling.  We are hoping that if they can just sign off on a report, this will be a back up that documents their approval.  Wherever they are we can download and send them the report, so they don't necessarily need to be in the office.

    The Payment Selection Report shows the amount to pay each vendor and the invoices it intends to pay.  This prints when you use AP, Checks, Invoice selection.  After you select which invoices you want to pay, the system generates a Payment Selection Report.  This is where you see what invoices you are choosing to pay for which vendors.   Sage BusinessWorks does not have an electronic signature feature.  There is a Knowledge Base article #43139 How to add signature to custom forms (43139) and some people have chosen to use this for their forms - including checks.  As the article indicates, you have to be very careful - because anyone who has access to print checks would be allow to print a check that had a signature added to it.
