Problem with program

Program was working fine yesterday.  Today the program will not let us do anything.  It says The Task Enter Bank Transaction (ID 2016) cannot execute due to a network license limit??

Please advise

    sounds like too many stuck tasks possibly

    If your on client server, have all users quit BW, then at the server run the DBregister.exe and select USERS then disconnect all users. it may take a minute. then re- check the connected users if its empty have you users log back in to BW

    you can see the network lic # in the NETWORK STATUS REPORT in the file menu

    or

    look in the Knowledgebase for stuck users

    Beverly- There is a Knowledge Base article regarding that error that walks you through the steps to help you clear the task.  If you go to our Knowledge Base (support.na.sage.com) and search on article #24639 Error: "Network license limit has been reached" or "Cannot execute Task#### due to a network license limit".
