Karen - if you do not receive a response regarding your specific question above, you can try the Sage Partner Solution Source on sagepss.com.  In there, there is a list of partners who have created third party products that link to BusinessWorks.  Although you may not need the program listed, many of those partners also create custom reports for customers.  And you can always contact 800-447-5700 and select option #2.  They should be able to provide you with a name of a reseller who creates custom reports for customers.
