printing 941

  i am trying to finalize my 4th Qtr 941 but I can't print the submission copy.  I have gone through all the steps and it prints the Demo copy even after I select submit and try to print.

    Since it looks like you are using Sage BusinessWorks, I am going to move your post to that Support Group so that other users of this software will see it and can offer you their thoughts and insight.

    Your maintenance plan must be active in order to print the forms. If your maintenance plan is up to date, then take the automatic update and run a new form (don't use the one save in history). If the Demo mark is still there, then you'll have to contact Sage Support to help.

    If you are getting a message regarding Demo copy when printing your tax forms, please review Knowledge Base articles: Error: "Draft copy do not file" or "Demo copy do not file" (31349)  AND Error: "Demo Do not file" prints on federal and state forms when printing in Enhanced Tax Reporting (26610)  .  If your still are experiencing issues after following all the steps in these articles, then please contact support for additional assistance 800-447-5700.
