Sage Business Works Chart of Accounts

I want to just print a list of active chart of account GL numbers.  Currently when I ask to print the chart of accounts, there isn't an option to not print inactive accounts.  I don't want to delete the account numbers since at one time in the past the GL number was used.

    Unfortunately, there is no option to select the active or inactive status for the Chart of Accounts report

    If you need a report that filters on the account status, use the GL, Transfer, Custom Exports and create a custom export to export to excel for your report. The Custom Export option allows you to pick the account status field.

    For the G/L Account Status:

    0 = Active

    1 = Inactive

     If you have additional questions on table and filed names, see #19339 “Where do I find the table and field names?”
